I went for No. 2. Made a very elaborate outline almost touching every aspect but due to shortage of time, couldn't cover all of it. Eventually I had to "force" a conclusion out of thin air. Not satisfied with the attempt.

This would not be incorrect to say that this paper was one of the most 'deceiving' of all Essay papers. Topic statements were covert in their meaning and context. It was all about understanding the meaning of topic statement.
1. First topic was about religion and religious intolerance. Even that was limited to worship places and what is being taught in religious schools. 2. Pacific ocean could be a war front. What else? (IR people would better know) 3. Urdu Literature... Nah. 4. Art for Peace. (Most have mixed it with Art of Peace) 5. Truth... What truth you have to consider to be lived and not taught?. 6 democracy and illiteracy... Not everything is relatable to both illiteracy and democracy. Poor democracy is not only beau's of illiteracy. In a nutshell, the mort safe to play stroke was the 9th topic (Expansion of I.T). Hope it went good. |

I went full warrior at this. Using language and tropes feom warfare with words like hegemony, power, influence, strategum, war-footing etc. I would say it wasn't the lack rather the abundance of content that would drown people who attempted this.

I have seen many essay papers and this was one of the most difficult one. Topics were simple, but too simple. The basic principle of answering something is that the longer the question statement, the specific you need to answer and vice-versa. These statements are too short and hence very general. One can write and write and still wouldn't be able to cover everything. Three hours in a singke setting is not enough to wrap it up.
