[QUOTE=A New Beginning;1086154]With the current pattern of papers it seems;

1. Brexit will come in Islamiat Paper.

Theresa May's role in spreading Islam during Brexit.

2. Venezuela Crisis will come in Pak Studies.

The impact of Maduro's mustache on Pakistani politics.

And the trend continues.....cz it FPSC.

Well then FPSC should clearly change the pattern and re-label GK as General Paper, the way Indian UPSC has done. But when FPSC has segregated each of the papers with a very delineated syllabus, then such questions are "inappropriate" to say the least.

The truth is FPSC can't make it difficult any other way, so they try such means. Not a professional approach at all!

Crack Q # 7:

Keywords: de-politicization, institutional capacity, arbitrary posting/transfers of Senior Policemen (eg: I.G Sindh A.D Khawaja; I.G Islamabad); Repatriation of Senior Police Officers to be ended; Policing should be the domain of Provinces; removal of police personnel in huge numbers with political figures. Ultimate responsibility of State's security lies with Police; Reforming outdated Criminal Procedure Code and Police Act 1861

IB: The apex civil security agency of Pakistan is blamed for manipulating Elections and tapping phone calls of judges (former CJ Iftikhar Ch remarked) de-politicization of IB; secret funds issue.

FIA: Denied to provide evidence for Asghar Khan case recently. Recommended to be made autonomous as NAB.

Sikandar, I have to respect your opinion but to disagree at the same time.

First of all, the examiner must be a scholar level person. If the paper is for CURRENT AFFAIRS, he is NOT supposed to ask questions and MCQs of 16th, 18th, and 19th Century. He is NOT supposed to ask questions of policy related to 2013-15. This makes NO sense at all. They had no time either or the PAPER had been leaked and what we gave TODAY had been formed in an emergency.

For all those questions, there is PAKISTAN AFFAIRS paper. And remember, we have a COURSE OUTLINE which tells us what to READ and STUDY for the relevant paper. So, the examiner was just not THROUGH the course outline even for once. OR else he would have made the paper otherwise.

A system that is TOTALLY working on the basis of RATTA, that stands on RATTA and nothing else. You make a ratta of dates, see past MCQs, and win for yourself. The 'late night MCQ Cracker' guy is a winner for this examination SYSTEM; and not those to critically read and STUDY whatever had been given in OUTLINE books :D

PTM?
I am not a big fan of PTM but when ONE have involvement in political process of the country and when have the credit of toppeling political governments then one must have the courage to face PEACEFUL criticism....i respect your view but in this regard i consider it otherwise ....the right of freedom of speech and expression of a group against a POLITCAL PARTY.
