First capital was Philadelphia as per Articles of Confederation. First capital was New York as per the current constitution, so the answer was NY.

President appoints judges of the Supreme court. Senate ratified them. The mcq asked for the appointment, not for the ratification, so the answer was President. All my mcqs were correct. :pipe

My gut feeling is that 99% will fail in Essay. The failure in subjects such as Composition, Islamyat will be less than 1% as both the papers were very easy.
