INdustrial revolution heralded a paradigm shift in the functioning of cooperations:in the form of goal directed, coordinated and complex activity, from the relatively simple modus operandi of pre-industrial ones. The basic but essential step in this process is ascertaining the needs of targeted consumers through various tools. This is in consonance with raison detre of organizations to generate and exchange services.Futhermore, organizations require a rationally organized managerial hierachy to translate goals into tangibles on the ground. This in turn leads to efficiency:in the form of fulfilment of the needs of all stake holders in the system,in a wholesome manner.Systemic execution at operational level is sine qua non for net gains to accrue to all concerned

i have not attempted the paper but from the passage i can think of these possible answers, can u ppl plz comment on this that is it correct or not? and if u were to give marks out of 20 for these answers, how much would u give? thnks
Comments on your Answer 1:
(Answer is short in length. Always keep in mind the credit/marks against a particular question and then answer in appropriate length accordingly.
Actually, the answer of this question is exact opposite of what you have said. It is undisciplined individualism)

Suggested Answer:
The modern political civilization has used man for its benefits and ulterior motives by hindering its personal growth and cultural development. The Asians are struggling against the materialistic economy and egoistic behavior of the west.

Comments on your Answer 2:
(Answer is ok. However, avoid copying the exact wording of the paragraph. Try to answer the questions with addition of some of your own words. If you are unable to express the answer in your own words, then you may definitely use words from the given paragraph.)

Comments on your Answer 3:
(This should be answer to Q. 4)

Suggested Answer:
The superb idealism of our faith needs freedom from the imaginations of ancient theologians and logists. We need to broaden our mind and come out of the self-detained prison of rigid thoughts and emotions. It is really shameful that we have failed in equipping young generations for possible socio-political, cultural and religious crisis. Our mind needs tuning for the fresh ideas. The prison of this narrow-minded and conservative thinking is the chief danger conflicting the superb idealism of our faith.

Comments on your Answer 4:
(Answer is short in length, question requires a bit explanation)

Suggested Answer:
The Indian Muslim has stopped exploring the depth of his inner life due to which he has ceased to exploit the charm of life. The force which does not let him indulge into his inner life also resists him conquer his thoughts. Without transformation of inner self, one cannot change outer environment. This is why the forces opposing this transform are bringing him to an unmanly compromise.

Comments on your Answer 5:
(ok, better to include the first line as mentioned in suggested answer below)

Suggested Answer:
For Achievement, a firm faith in the independence of one’s own inner life is necessary. One should concentrate on one's whole ego on oneself alone and ripen one's clay into real manhood.

Comments on your Answer 6:
(The requirement here is to explain the underlined words)

Comments on your Answer 7:
(Title needs to be a bit explanatory).

Suggested Answer:
‘Faith and Transformation of Indian Muslim’

Paradigms of Organizational Objectives
Associations should proceed according to precisely calculated people needs. National institutions examine discover favourable options for them. Associations are formed with the sole purpose to produce and share series of useful and suitable projects for the society. These projects are usually specific and result oriented and are shared for the betterment of society. Collective procedures before the technological revolt were single handedly overseen but after that, managerial responsibility delegation comes into play that’s why sectionalized administrations usually exist nowadays. Relevant institutional goals leads to increased efficacy. Efficacy is the aggregate of provided versus received services from institutions. Supervision is all about depicting institutional goals and their synchronized and adjusted pursuits.

Default Q#1......."analyzing the role of organizations"

Proper functioning of organizations rests on the fact that these organizations should pursue such objectives which could satisfy the demands & dependencies of mankind. Actually these organizations can only only have survived & sustained functioning when their pre-determined objectives have the capacity & potential to creat welfare for mankind, appropriate, compatible, & befitting to the demands of mankind, & are capable of spreading happiness & prosperity among mankind.
Unlike the pre-industrial revolution period , today's organizations have multiple objectives , because of increase in technological advancements & growth in the industrial sector. The accomplishment of these multiple objectives required the distribution of management functions among the respective personal, including a manager. Which manifests that if the performance of thid personal is yielding in pursuing effective objectives,it will ensure their efficiency for their organization, help sustain the organization & meet the demands & dependencies of mankind.

Exclamation Direct Indirect

iii. “Splendid”: said father as he read my report,

Shouldn't there be a sign of exclamation after "Splendid"? Moreover, a comma at the end of the sentence doesn't make sense.

Smo do comment on this precis, please.

The Real motives of organizations'

Organization's core motive is, after ascertaining, to meet the need of people. for this to happen, surveys are conducted. Organization is incorporated and, ultimately, thrives when they remain successful in doing their job. In this way utilities, for the satisfaction of both organization and the people, are produced that sustain the balance of cooperative system. Unlikely pre-industrial era, now due to the technological advancement and plenty of different jobs these organizations' are require to shift to hierarchical system. Further, the utilities that are exchanged by these organizations gauge their performances. Thus, for a cooperation and betterment of the society this process must be preserved.
