Q.2. John Austin says “International Law is not a real Law, but a positive International Morality.” Do you agree with him? Give arguments in support of your answer.

Q.3. Briefly and precisely define SUBJECTS International Law. Do you agree that INDIVIDUALS can be considered as subjects of International Law? Give appropriate examples in this regard.

Q.4. Discuss Amicable Means for the settlement of International Disputes.?

Q.5. Give precise definition of Extradition. Write a comprehensive essay on extradition by covering all its aspects.

Q.6. Define High Seas. Explain the concept of Freedom of High Seas along-with restrictions over it.

Q.7. Discuss Recognition. Differentiate between de-jure and de-facto recognition. What are the disabilities of an unrecognized state?

Q.8. Differentiate between Territorial and Extra-Territorial Asylum. Under which circumstances an Embassy or Consulate can offer asylum to a fugitive/offender of the territorial State?

Default Q-1(vi) what will be the answer?

Sri-Lankan High Commissioner in Islamabad, if found involved in a serious crime in Pakistan, can be:
(a) Arrested by the local police and put to trial.
(b) Arrested and handed over to his home Government.
(c) Asked to leave the country, by the local authorities.
(d) None of these.

I think option D is corre4ct coz

Option is wrong, he cant be put to rial
option B also wrong, he cant be arested & handed over coz he is immuned frm it
option C also seems wrong, coz he cant be asked to leave by local authorities. Only the state can then ask him to leave.
So option is i think correct is my opinoin.
However, correction needed f im wrong.

well, dear i knw that. i hve studies that chapter. But here the word local authorities confused me . i took it for the local police/local administration. coz they dont hve this right. Yes, the govt does hve this rite to ask him to leave the country as soon as possible, he is also called as Persona nongrata. anyways, thnx for ur correction. But im still nt so sure.
