I firstly elaborated the concept of ijtihad and its importance
then i reffered fo iqbal's idea of 'paliament of mujtahids"(the reconstruction of religious thought in islam)
the first institution must be parliament..
council of scientists cum mujtahids.
council of economists cum mujtahids.
all the councils should be under a supreme council which is none other than OIC...
so at the end of the day i suggested OIC as the institute for ijtihad..

Issac or Ishaq A.S was the father of Yaqoob A.S and son of Ibrahim A.S and brother of Ismail A.S ( from another mother ). Correct answer is Yahooda. Reasons being; less knowledge of students on current issues, less secular thoughts and religious school of thoughts, more work on pet issues as mentioned in syllabus and less references to add beauty to the question. I fear that this paper will surely make a huge number of students suffer failure....God forbid...(Allah na Kare) ....But it sounds!!!
