Inna means "verily we" A'atainaka is derived from "A'ata" which means to give, "A'atainaka" is a combination of verb and personal pronoun (Zameer), A'ataina is (Mazi "past" jama mutakallim "plural first person") which means we gave you, "ka" is a also a zameer singular, 2nd person masculine. Inna is used for stressing. Inna is of two kind if in Arabic "Alif" is written at the end it contains (zameer "na") too, which is a plural personal pronoun.

In fact, Inna is combination of two different words i.e. first is 'Inn' which means 'verily' and second is 'na' that represents Zameer Jama Mutakalim as explained by Kal3m. Whereas it can also be pronounced as 'Inna'na'.
