ya, syllabus of sindhi language is very lengthy, as there are countless poets and writers to learn about, for example more than 400 books have been written by Mirza Qalich baig only. Syllabus of sindhi language is much more lengthy as compared to syllabus of other regional languages.

[B]If you have studies Sindhi at 'A'/'O' level then you just need to simply follow the concerned syllabus. But in case this subject is completely alien to you, than you have to burn the mid night oil to get good marks in it. Urdu speaking, however, would not matter if you have some proficiency on Sindhi language i.e. writing and speaking.

Yes, you can opt it if you are good at writing in Sindhi. Otherwise, Better to change it with any other subject...
