If any of you want to contribute in this pretigious thread ,then do share mcqz how much u have memorized please. I am going to solve this paper in pointed form.thanx.
Balence diet:

The diet contained all essential nutrient that needed not only for metabolic activity but for the functioning and co ordination in the body. These are divied into Macro and Micro nutrients.

iodine.
1.thyroxine harmone production.
2.prevent from goiter.

2.calcium

1.prevent heart attacks ,used for cardiovascular system regulation.

2.necessary for Muscle action . Ca ions work with sodium ions in muscle movement.

3.IRÖN.

Heme group compounded with iron in blood. So plays vital role in respiration phenomena.

2.Builds immune power in body.

vitamin C

Vitamin c is also found in citric fruits. All vitamins enhance other nutrient efficiency.work for nervous system . These help in growth. Often it is used in medicine form like sendose, herci and kind.it prevent from scurvy .it is a skin disease.

Vitamin A . Lack cause
1. Night blindness
2. Sleeplessness

8. (b)
DNA,RNA AND PROTIEN
1.sugar ribose
2. All work in cellular activities.
3.All are inherited.
4. All works in co ordination. Mean
1.DNA CODE
2.RNA encode
3.encoded info in ribosome form protein .that express parental qualities.

1.DNA HAS deoxy -ribose ,where as RNA has ribose sugar. Dun nt abw protien sugar .(kind)

3.DNA code genitic info
RNA encode
Protein is expression

question number 7.

Photosynthesis is autonomic process. The autotroph possess plastids. Plastids have 3 kinds of compound. Chlorophyll itself a cell. It is a type of constructive metabolism which formed energy packet via sunlight.

Respiration is a destructive type of metabolism. The aerobic type of respiration take place in mitochondria. It re-bond elements of food. So Release ATPz .these are required for working.

Nitrogen cycle.

The ratio of nitrogen is maintained constant in environment through cyclic activities ,this maintenance process is termed as nitrogen cycle. It revolve around nitrifying bacteria, photosynthesis, respiration and de nytrifyning bacteria. So after being consumed nitrogen go backs to atmosphere.
