If you have other options ,then please do not choose it provided that you have background and interest in it . For example , parental child abduction is not in Muslim law ,but guardianship question is! Questions are opinion based and unlike other arts subject your opinion should be correct at every cost according to law . choice is yours ..

I have read the paper and yes it is technical and tricky to answer. It is a complex paper which in turn makes it very tough for candidates to score keeping in view the previous benchmark of Muslin Law. I had this subject and i know it is very much demanding. Even if you impress the examiner at max, he ll award you 60-65 marks. This paper will bring surprisint results atleast i found it tricky.....

just go for this subject.this time it was entirely an analytical paper. But if you have a look on other papers of css 2013 then you will get to know that all were of analytical type.try to study critically. However,in my opinion the result of 2013 will be delightful for the one who presented to the point and analytical answers.best of luck
