everything kind of IS related to sociology. they wanted descriptions. IMO it was a really good paper. And super easy. you just had to blab on and on.

(hoping the examiner likes the blab too though, or..)

What is this all? I am afraid another tough year in the offing for those opted sociology in the offing. Sociology is certainly losing fan club.

Did you attempt trained incapacity question?

I think now blabing ,prattling, piffling is not liked by examiner :nono : the chance of scoring high is only if you write to the point and up to the mark .

No, i didn't have that much knowledge on the subject. Its still related to sociology THOUGH, and a very interesting & challenging one too.

If i try again, with better prep, i might attempt questions like these. They definitely give better marks.

I didn't mean i didn't write to the point, i meant it was a little too opinionated maybe. In addition to all the facts that needed discussing.

I think the whole point of CSS exams is to make people get out of the syllabus delirium. If i can't get something right i can't blame it on FPSC.

mhz99 Tuesday, February 18, 2014 06:35 PM

Then they should not publish the syllabus of the subject

Pak Post Tuesday, February 18, 2014 06:38 PM

This was a Tarpedo by the FPSC.

Not a very fair paper.

What FPSC wants from an aspirant, should he be an expert in all optional subjects opted by him. Paper might have relevance to Sociology but has nothing to do with the course.
