You are absolutely right..I passed my essay even without writing an outline..This means that examiners do go through the contents of the essay

well "freedom of speech" was not that easy topic to be opted but better choice indeed...it was pretty hard to write more than 1500 words on freedom of speech..but the ideas were comming at right time lol!!i am hopeful about my essay attempt..

These lines if checked from historical references, Will be found to be submitted by Hazrat Abu Talib. Said on the occasion when Holy prophet have denied the offers of Quraish. their meaning just not limits to freedom of speech but they had ultimately changed the course of History. it was not an easily justifiable essay.

I wrote essay with no preparation and hence wrote a philosophical piece. It was general 'gup' and absolutely contained no facts (such as article numbers or recent news articles).

Does this mean I didn't do justice to the topic or was it a fair trade against good writing skills?

And guyz also keep one thing in mind. The essay topic of Voltaire quote "I do not agree with you" was not just the Freedom of Speech, it is mainly based on Difference of Opinion which has freedom of speech just as a component of it. It would cover all areas such as sectarianism, ethnicity, dissonance and various international conflicts due to modern ethos of conflict practiced by the west and its failure to comply with the post-modern ethos of the compromise !!!..
