Bees die when they sting human beings.
Their stingers are actually ovipositors, tubular structures extending from the abdomen that sometimes contain eggs. When the barbed stinger is left inside the victim, the honeybee mortally tears her abdomen in the process. Alas, she dies.
However, that only female honeybees die after stinging. Fortunately, honeybees are relatively docile, and only commit suicidal acts when provoked. And they only die if they sting a mammal, because of the thickness of our skin. They can sting other insects with impunity. A valve-and-piston motion causes the stinger to both sink itself into your skin, as well as pump venom through the tiny lancets. Also, an "alarm pheromone" secreted at the base of the stinger causes other bees in the vicinity to get riled up.

Fortunately, only about one out of a hundred people are allergic to bee stings, but allergic reactions can be very serious.

(a) Radiotherapy & Chemotherapy Well, radiotherapy uses the radio waves and the chemotherapy uses the chemicals.

(c) Springtides & NeaptidesWhen the gravitational effects of the Sun and the Moon combine, we get spring tides, which have nothing to do with the season of spring. The term refers to the action of the seas springing out and then springing back. These are times of high high tides and low low tides. When the Sun and Moon are at right angles to each other and their tidal influences partially cancel each other out, neap tides occur, and the tidal range is minimal.

(d) Vertebrates &. Invertebrates The animals which possess the vertebral column are known as vertebrates and the ones which dont are known as invertebrates

(e) Fluorescent light & Neon signs The Fluorescent lights are charged up with gases which omit light by either temperature increase or electrical conduction, while the neon signs are made up of neon lights, which uses Neon gas as a fluorescent medium.

Default Bees die when they sting human beings.

The answer by the dear friend is little in correct
the correct answer is
The worker bee's stinger is a complex organ that allows a bee to defend itself and the hive from most mammals. Typically, the stinger can be used only once in an act of defense, known as a bee sting, as it becomes forever detached from the bee in the process. Upon delivering the stinger, the bee will subsequently die from dehydration, since the portion where the stinger bulb was removed becomes raw and exposed. The impending doom of death for such a bee can be justified by well known principles of evolution. Nevertheless, in the evolutionary context, the survival of the individual worker bee is not significant, since they do not directly contribute to the survival of the colony's genes and genetic transmission is achieved by other means.

there were two mistakes i noticed while going through every day science threads, i dont know if someone had corrected them later .there was a question abut first living being on earth n a forum member had chosen it to be virus where as scientific research has proved it to be a bacteria, cuz virus requires a host to live on n to be the first ever living being on earth how could it find another being to survive on?
other question was abt structure of cell membrane , its composed of lipo-proteins, on the forum only one component had been chosen.
corect me if i am wrong.
