Default Books for Indo pak History

Dear Irum

Well u have asked about the good books for indo pak history. For the initial study u can read "New history of Indo-Pakistan" by K.ALI.It is a very good book and written in easy language.

For the advance level u can consult Indo Pak history by LAANE POOLE.

I think for sultanate period "A history of Muslim CIvilization" by S.M.IKRAM is very good.

If u have any other query plz free to ask

Regards

Zeeshan Iqbal

For Indo-Pak History Paper-1 and 2 refer to K. Ali's volumes; those are more than enough. Also, for Paper-2 'Towards Pakistan' by M Raza-ul-Haq. It is also helpful if u visit storyofpakistan website for certain topics in Paper-2.

Regards,
N.A.M
