@ last Island
1) Make for: Head in a certain direction)
When it started raining, i decided to make for home. I used it in sense of "to result in or make possible" 7) When I shall see her I will deliver her your gift. I wrote "When I see her I will deliver to her your gift." as deliver is followed by preposition "to". My friend is very ill, i hope he won't die soon. I wrote , My friend is very ill, i fear he will die soon. Plz correct me if wrong.

Dear friends,
the paper was not that much tough but it needed some consideration. MCQs created problem because the Q1 part "a" was mentioned on the question paper but not on the answer sheet. You have to attempt only five. And in the same question part "b" was mentioned but no option was there on the answer sheet. it took time and candidates and the examinar too was disturbed in the centre. My answers for MCQs were Q.1. (a) i-a ii-b iii-c iv-a v-a viii. b (b) i. b iv. b v. b vi. d Essay is to "compose". this is right.
