Default Optional Subjects Choice Help

Hi dear members, i wanted to say that i really want to go for CSS But i am having difficulty in choosing optional subjects. I am currently an MBBS student.
I saw physics papers and found that i can attempt it with fsc knowledge but someone said it can't be attempted with fsc knowledge ☹ Moreover, i find gender studies, sociology, geography and psychology papers attemptable and the subjects studiable.
Please help me regarding the choice of optional subjects as i have no knowledge of IR and IL, US history, political science or other subjects.
For Some questions of "Islamic history and culture" paper i found that i do have a little knowledge about them as in fsc like last sermon of prophet so i think i might be able to do this subject too.

If you understand the concepts and know what the terms mean, then that's good enough to choose those subjects. All the best
