areas are almost the same. Just there is twist in topics to make the paper more analytical.
A candidate, who was reading newspaper continuesly could attempt these topics easily. Anyhow best of luck to all the aspirants. |
All essay topics are tricky, I guess 80% students have attempted "Meaning and purpose of education" which will affect their results.
wish You best of Luck all 2013 aspirants, |
An easy paper but not so easy to pass; needs analytical approach to pose a difference. Majority of students would have selected general topics with generalized content and approach which would hardly give a credit. Anyhow best of luck to aspirants.

topics r hidden behind the veil
not very difficult yet.i think, first topic demands a debate on co-education,the 2nd need of tolerance in our daily life, the fourth is simply "gender discrimination",the fifth is like a bread and butter/as easy as abc for all,the 7th is something like patriotism, national brotherhood against regional/linguistic discrimination/provincialism etc;the 8th simply discusses freedom of speech in our sociaty via media plateform;the 9th economy versus politics;the 10th hazards and adverse effects of internet/telecomunication etc.while the rest topics r like to beat about the bush.congrtulation to those who were masters in M.Ed and political science.most topics were related with these subjects.
best of luck for all ! |

best of luck for all !
you are right but, these points are common and if all aspirants write same how checker find best one? fpsc require some difference. stay happy all. may LORD bless all aspirants. |
topics are not that tricky as they were used to be before. in first topic, one simply has to discuss about merits of separate gender education in pakistan by keeping the cultural and religious factors beside. second topics can be handled with different scenarios individually and collectively. in third topic, one has to discuss the advancements in science and technology and its effects on society, such as todays man focusses more upon his career than marriages and up lift of woman in every sphere of life, gone are the days when man used to be the sole decision making authority etc. fourth topic is an argumentative, i believe gender equality is a myth still. fifth topic is quite clear, 'purpose' 'meaning' and education, three key words. fifth is a tricky one, one can take it to where one wants, if leaders can be fooled then no wonder common men suffer. seventh is clear too, country life is really better than city life, advantages of living in countryside. eighth, yes free speech should have some limits, let me recall the recent incident of posting of hate material on youtube against muslims. ninth, is again an argumentative topic, i would go in favour of politics, as politicians are nation builders such as quaid e azam, if it were economy we muslims shouldn't have parted our ways from united india. tenth, my favourite, would love to write on this topic, yes it has been putting an end to true relations as people are getting more social so do their privacies. anyway, best of luck to all those who are appearing this time. i'll appear in 2k14 insha Allah.

Paper setter has touched the analytical and interesting aspects of these areas. Something which demanded creativity. Those who can comprehend, analyze, and comment on their own will win the race in today's paper. Crammed and rote learning will not be useful today. Now it is the test of minds not books and notes. Wish you good luck dear members. Paper was not difficult for those who are competent but it was tough for crammers. Now, we can say, this was paper of competitive exam. Previously it used to be paper like B.A./B.Com where guide/notes culture sufficed the exam requirement. |
It ain't really an easy paper. What appears simple to the eye may not be simple to the brain for its interpretation. Mr. Raz is very authentic in his observation & I couldn't agree more to him. I do not mean to disappoint any aspirant (read candidate), but those with weak written English expression will have tough time.
My Best Wishes to All CE-2013 candidates. Regards, |
