I wrote 15-16 Quranic verses(some with Arabic),5-6 Ahaadees(some with Arabic text), 2 quotes and 3-4 urdu Ashghaar.
plz tell me how much marks can i grab?

Fay is the property of nonmuslims won by Muslims without fighting. Direct spoils of war are called Ghanima which is left by enemy in battle field whereas Fay is all transferable and non transferable property of enemy which is won without fighting as described by Quran Al-Hashr Aya#6 [B][I]"And what Allah restored [of property] to His Messenger from them - you did not spur for it [in an expedition] any horses or camels, but Allah gives His messengers power over whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent"[/I][/B].. Ghanima is divided as per rules among those who were present in war and state but fay becomes a public property of Muslims and its ownership can not be transferred. Fay is a purely state property.

More than language its the stuff that matters. There are examples of high scores in both languages in addition to low scores. Islamiat is is a paper where one has to walk an extra mile to produce answer, common and superficial stuff makes no difference. So go with medium that will be easy for you to present your answer in detailed, qualitative and philosophical way.

It is right to say that there is a cave in the mountain, but it will be wrong to say a mountain inside the cave. Since ghar e hira is a cave, while jabal e noor is a mountain, we cannot have jabal e noor inside ghar e hira.
