Question 3: "No Aligarh movement - No independence - No Pakistan" give arguments in favor or against the common belief. What a question! Mazedar question hay.....:)

1-No Aligarh Movement-Muslims mostly illiterate, they might be supressed by both Hindus And the Britishers more harshly as a consequence could never inducted in some high profile jobs like ICS.

2-No Independence- Education is the backbone for self awareness if a nation is illiterate in the sense even it could not recognize the rights, so how can they flourish politically. Aligarh proved to be the main Hub of the muslim's unity, where they got agreed with the idea that neither Hindus nor the Britishers are interested in the betterment of muslims. This arose a sense of unity among themselves.

3-No Pakistan- Infact Sir Syed is considered as the father of two nation theory, as he clearly mentioned in his Journels that Muslims and Hindus are two entirely different religion having nothing in common right after the dispute of Urdu-Hindi Language. Aligarh was infact the base above which the massive construction of Pakistan was built of in the coming years of 20th century. Muslims awoken politically by self reliance after the education movement.

Conclusion- So for Pakistan Aligarh movement of Sir Syed is exactly alike the visionary innings played by Hafeez in the Asia Cup against the India, finally blitz of by Afridi (like Quaid e azam).:thinking

indo-pak history paper-II

I do not agree with you that it was a halwa paper. i think it was difficult from paper-I.Mcq's were quite typical requiring exact dates instead of month or year.So was the subjective portion. It demanded analytical approach with improvised answers, further contained some questions from current affairs approach. All these factors will probably contribute to low score.
