It may be but I haven't found this meaning in any dictionary as Loitering

synonyms 2 right and antonyms all goes correct
pair of words i just did 3 same is the case with idioms i did 3
precise was tough i tried to read it some 10 times slowly and treied to understand but when i reach at last line sab urr jata tha.
paper was really a tough one....

Well you can easily find Dally as its synonym which further has Wandering as its synonym :P The answer would be Wandering, and if not then it was 'None of These'

Guyz keep one thing in mind, in English Precis & Composition, you never pass on the basis of Subjective, getting good marks in Objective is the key to success. Last year subjective was so simple but Objective was a hard nut to crack so this was the reason that P&C had max num of failures. But this time all those should be hopeful who scored good marks in Objective especially in the MCQs !!!..
