B). Basic Features of Good Governance
C) Status of Good Governance in Pakistan
i. Economic crisis
ii. Rampant corruption
iii. Inefficient justice system
iv. Incompetence
v. Flaws in the electoral process
D). Why is it necessary to introduce reforms?
i. Survival of the nation
ii. Development
iii. Positive image of Pakistan
E). What reforms are needed?
i. Accountability (institution building)
ii. Merit-based system
iii. Reforms in education sector
iv. Reforms in the electioneering process

I may have missed a few points here, as I don't remember the complete outline.
