Saudia is the second biggest importer. Aesi fazool harkatien India he krta hai and that was the right answer. I have checked it. Once saudia was at the first place. Not any more.

He asked for 2014 , and in 2014 Saudi Arabia was largest arms importer

As much as I love this debate. The question was, if I recall correctly, Which was the largest arms exporter in 2014.
