It has been six months now. I don't remember the exact mcqs. but this time mcqs were easy. Even I remember that i know the exact answer of 15 mcqs at least during exam. Few which I remember are: Salt tax on French. Bristle was stormed on the date etc. Rest if anybody else remember the Mcqs, plz share here. I attempted question number 2, 5, 7 & 8. Questions 7 & 8 were simple and easy. Question no.5 was analytical but easy to answer. But I found some difficulty in solving question. 02. And i am worried about that question no.2. Rest paper was easy. But keep one thing in mind that European history has lengthy syllabus. But it overlaps with International Relations. e.g. This year Russian revolution question was asked in IR paper 2 and also in European History paper. Rest I don't know the exact position of scoring trend of European History. |
EU and my interest
Being student of Strategic Studies, I have no difficulties in opting the EU paper. It is much more generic, less political, more strategic, war-specific and analytical as well.

Watch video lectures " The Long 19th Century" by Robert I. Weiner (can be downloaded from any torrent site. It will cover upto 70% of the European History paper. Mahajan is too lengthy and it is always Herculean task to read these bulky books. |
