Exactly.I believe now the criteria to be eligible for CSS exam should be a degree in philosophy,international relations,and other social sciences.FPSC is doing nothing but wasting time of the graduates in other disciplines.

No, it's a safe haven. This "safe" is an adjective which means free from danger while that "save" is a Verb means prevent from being ruined, lost and destroyed etc
