Eradicate Evil By Laziness
All the evils spread in this world is the consequence of increase activities of powerful entities. These powerful entities actively work for the pointless quest of power and honour. In 1914 , the world came under the dark cloud of destruction and inhumanity because of the increase in activities of the powerful entities. these destructions might have been prevented by adopting the approach of laziness and relaxness. Similarly in the present world there are many people participating actively in forming peaceful agreements by criticising the personal lives of others and promoting disorder and violence. Hence these ill minds need to be cured by laziness. Only by remaining calm and directing our approach towards right way that is peaceful world can benefit the human beings in this world.

All the ills in this world are brought about by those who work relentlessly, thus could be called the evils. Hows is this?

Being lazy, on the other hand, does not hurt at all.

Laziness therefore may be given a chance, as those who brooded over the mantra of making world a better place ended up leaving it wreacked.

Laziness therefore may be given a chance, as those who brooded over the mantra of making world a better place ended up leaving it wreacked. Whether it is about the labours of the statesmen or the clergy, it hasn't yielded much that is tangible. Hence all the men who work with such an enthusiasm should take a break, and do exactly 'nothing' and see the benefits themselves.
Q.5 (a) Choose the ANALOGY of words written in capital letters. Attempt any FIVE.
(i) LION : ROAR (a) Snake : Slither (b) Goat : Bleat (c) Lizard : Crawl (d) Elephant : Tusk
When a "Lion" produces a sound it "roars" Hence, When a goat produces a sound, it "bleats"
(II) SHADOW : LIGHT (a) Flood : Rain (b) Image : Object (c) Reaction : Action (d) House : Bricks
Shadow and light have a dependency relationship, if there is light, there will be shadow and vice versa. Closest would be "Reaction : Action"
(iii) CLOT : BLOOD (a) Ink : Water (b) Curdle : Milk (c) Vaporize : Camphor (d) Brew : Coffee
When "blood" solidifies, it "clots" Similarly, when milk "solidifies", it "curdles". As in the process of making yogurt.
(iv) FEARFUL : COWER (a) Humble : Boast (b) Weak : Exercise (c) Arrogant : Strut (d) Wise : Dispute
There is a synonymous relationship here. The "fearful" "cower" Similarly, The "Arrogant" "Strut"... Strut - To walk with pride
(v) EXPEDITE : HASTEN (a) Conscript : Write down (b) Diver : Make harder (c) Facilitate : Make easiest (d) Satirize : Praise
Again a synonymous relationship. (c) is the most appropriate
(vi) WOOD : FURNITURE (a) Father : Child (b) Tree : Seedling (c) Soil : Clay (d) Stone : Sculpture
Furniture is made of wood. Sculptures are made of stone.
(vii) SURGEON : DEXTEROUS (a) Clown : Fat (b) Actress : Beautiful (c) Athlete : Tall (d) Acrobat : Agile
A surgeon must be dexterous An acrobat must be agile The answer here is not the actress as being beautiful is not a requirement for acting, it is a bonus, but not a must.
(viii) LECHER : LUST (a) Pith : Herb (b) Glutton : Greed (c) Business : Profit (d) Showbiz : Fame
A Lecher lusts A glutton is greedy |
