Bit disappointed over the lack of CPEC and China in this one but FPSC couldn't have made an easier paper. Really simple and to the point.

Except two questions at the end, the whole paper seems to be a research paper questions. Sociology won the battle in war of being difficultness. May be I am not familiar to subject, though I have read it once as an elective subject. Why it is discrimnation, in our institutes, we are taught one thing in a different angle and when it comes to be a part of exam, it takes U turns to be like a research paper.

I don't think the paper was that research focused, granted the things were asked with a bit of a twist but that should be expected from a competitive exam. I believe CSS aspirants should be able to solve such questions even if they're a bit research based, provided they have gone through the syllabus extensively and made their own notes. But I understand where you're coming from.

That Fpsc should follow the syllabus strictly. But I believe aspirants should be encouraged to utilize analytical thinking a little bit.

Sociology

I guess the question to be attempted in the following way because this demands short and comprehensive arguments.

Introduction.

The Role of culture in socialization of an individual to become a useful member of society needs to be analyzed and discussed in the context of our cultural social institutions as important pattern of society because culture is a way of life and a valuable product of pattern of behavior.

2. How the real image of social institutions help an individual to be useful member ?

3. how the idea is criticized.

Conclusion.

it seems like you're writing an essay paper... it takes time for one single answer although you've to answer other questions as well. In my opinion, it should be less than you've mentioned.
