Hey Noreen it was a pleasure to check ur answers. Here are the corrections for the sentences of which the voice needs to be changed from active to passive. I am only mentioning those which are wrong:
4. Why should you suspect me?
5. My performance pleased the establishment.
10. The death of their leaders is being avenged by the Palestinians.

I just reviewed the page whose link u have posted and I think that english grammar is not something so precise as mathematics. I mean to say that it is a bit subjective. In reference to the answers of the direct speech there can be a bit variation in the answers but that doesn't really matter as long as you follow the basic principles of grammar
