sorry bro baghdad wasnot 1st capital but al hasmia was 1st
n mehdi was the 1 who laid down foundations of diffrenct institutions so i belive ans will b mehdi

It was "Harran" , as Al Mansur built baghdad who was second in abbasis

The first Capital for Abbasid Caliphate was Kufa from 750-762 AD
The first caliph of Fatimids was Abdullah al Mahdi
