Exception in the use of "Past perfect tense":

As I have mentioned in my posts before that 'Past pefect' cannot be used in single action, rather it is used when we go back in the past when we are already in the past past. However, I have a decrepit English grammar book where its anonymous author says: "Past perfect is not used in single action, except in case of already".

Examples:
Us ne pehle hi mujhe bata dia tha= He had already told me.[Single action]
Wo pehle hi match har gae thay= They had already lost the match.[Single action]

1) Precis title shld be in phrase form.
2) Title shld not be from paragraph.
3) So formulated as to cover maximum aspects of Precis.
4) It shld conform to Precis para n ur Precis.
