Sawal hai Zakat kab farz hui?
Zakat ka baqaaida hukum 2 hijri main aaya tha.
Zakat ka mukammal nizam Fatah e Khaiber ke baad 7 hijri main qaaim hua.
Zakat ke tama qawaneen o ahkaam ko baqaaida Nabi Pak SAW ne Muharram 9 hijri main murattab kiye.
Sahi jawab 2 hijri hai.

Fatawa Alamgiri By Auranzeb Alamgir.
Meaning of Arabic words:
''Fi Jeed i Haa'' means Her neck.
''Habal'' means Rope.
''Ashitaa wa asa'ef'' means Sardi aur garmi.
''A'a taeena ka'' means we gave you.
Mountain uhad is in Madina (Though I wrote none of these)
The first mosque in Madina by Prophet was Masjid e Quba.(Not sure)

ilaat means "cause" in urdu it means "sabab" we use ilaat to find common cause between two issues.
Tafseer bil ray means to use opinion with the help of Quran and Sunnah so we can say ijtihaad.
Regards,

Inna means Verily, indeed, Truly, The truth is that. If "we gave you" was in options then it is the right answer.

Sadly, you are mistaken.
Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in Zaad al-Ma’aad, when describing the arrival of the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in Madeenah:
The Muslims said takbeer, rejoicing at his arrival, and they went out to meet him. He (SAW) continued until he stopped in Quba’, among Banu ‘Amr ibn ‘Awf, and He (SAW) stayed among them for fourteen days, (some sources say more than 20 days) and founded the mosque of Quba’, which is the first mosque to be established after the beginning of his Prophethood.
