Failure Of Judiciary System In Pakistan
 

I found One thing that most unqualified and Non-worthy people are working in Our Judiciary if they are judges or Advocate/lawyers therefore our judiciary is such a corrupt and most slow department of Pakistan. one day i met with a top class lawyer to solve my father succession case but he didn't write english statement, they used urdu for their court cases. a senior lawyer with more than 15 year of practice will become High Court Judge and then he will join supreme after serving 4, 5 year in High Court, And then they become the king of justice
when there is no justice in a country it will be very difficult for them to fight with the poverty.......

I have to agree with you when you say there are incompetent judges in the system and each government organization/institute has incompetent officers. This can only be stopped by hiring required candidates on merit.

Writing statements in Urdu does not mean that he has no command over English language. Like the current chief justice SC has also written many judgements in Urdu language and he has good command over English language.

Yes Dear I Agree but there is huge difference between the judges and Sectaries, if you compare judiciary with other departments then you will find judiciary most slow department of Pakistan. Judiciary need competent and talented people

I agree with this fact that like in our judicial system many other departments have incompetent and irresponsible persons, and it's also a reality that one, who have to perform administrative responsibilities must have English proficiency yet, it is not true to say that English language make you competent and befitting.

I do agree with you on the point that majority if judges in Pakistan are incompetent.
But, using Urdu language for court cases is not indicative of unworthiness.

I agree with you on the less competencies of the officers in Judiciary system. Which might be because of the roots of our education are not much strong. And believe me there are very few people who comes into judicial education by interest and motivation to do something better.

Lets see it from the very initial level of our normal social life, most of the parents wants their child to be a doctor and engineer. Now business management is also getting exposure but still not up to the mark and level. So the cream is being selected in MBBS & Engineering. Some remaining percents goes to commerce and business management. Most of the business management students have their own family business. And the remaining who isn't getting something comes to LAW & Teaching. There are btw the most critical professions which leads to a nation building and providing justice. This practice might be due to the low money making departments and economically less stable areas in Pakistan unfortunately.

It is due to the following major factors:

1- Following trend of education rather than the self assessment.
2- Low salary packages provided by government
3- No special respect of these professions in our country
4- Prioritizing money over ability & nationalism
5- Old school of thoughts
6- Corruption in hiring process of officers
7- Education from home trend- It gives the degree but lack of competencies

etc...

At the same time If we look at west, the top priority of students is to get into LAW, TEACHING and RESEARCH departments.

Secondly the English speaking is not a major point.

It's not just the judiciary dear friend. The whole society needs an overhaul, our mindsets, our ways of doing things, moral values, cultural values, aspirations and priorities are in the wrong direction unfortunately.
But don't worry, democratic and modern norms and values are taking roots in Pakistan, slowly and steadily people are realising and becoming aware due to international exposure and interaction via the internet, TV, etc. Take the example of our politics nowadays, politicians are competing with each other and who is the beneficiary? The common people.
