The literacy rate is not about a specific age group until you are to mention them separately.
A country's literacy is taken as an average of all these groups age, sex, region etc. Which is not 63%, but 60% in the case of Pakistan. Don't search it on Wikipedia. Check the official survey of Pakistan. |

According to my point of view, Parliamentary system of Democracy should be replaced with Presidential system ,as we can see in many developed countries latter is in use. This may be helpful in bringing a Honest and sincere man on the position to take decisions for the fate of country. And if all the chiefs for accountability etc are hired by that honest man,They must be honest too. So all corrupts and terrorist will be punished and country would make progress.

In current setup the Parliament is reduced to merely rubber stamp and PM wields exorbitant powers which are no way less than the executive powers of President in Presidential setup. PM through President can appoint the chairman of NAB and FIA so it's pointless to blame parliamentary form of government for arresting the productive growth of this country! This is rotten state. It needs complete overhaul on ideological, political, economical and social front. If you are thinking that the current war which is being waged under so called infallible commander will bring any prosperity then you're mistaken because it's a perpetual war! PM elected by parliamentary system does not have the same powers as that elected directly by masses( Full presidential system)have. Former can be removed by legislators,in contrast, latter's cannot be removed so easily. The reason why Presidential system is better than other one is very simple. In Parliamentary system PM have to take care of his seat and for this a PM -might be honest-has to take care of the interest of corrupts ones too, which may be belong to his party or other coalition parties. But in presidential system no one can bring a President down from his seat so easily like parliamentary system.
Presidential system brings forward a real administrator who can make decisions and is not afraid of being removed, while parliamentary system gives us a puppet dances in the hand of corrupt and selfish majority in the parliament.

I can see the difference between presidential and parliamentary form of government. Practically, PM of Pakistan is wielding same powers as President of Presidential format but he isn't making any difference. The puppet parliamentarians can't even think of removing him no matter what decision he takes |

I've said this again and again and again. Systems don't make a difference. Whether you have Presidential like the US or Parliamentary style like Westminster in England. The people who run systems matter, if you have good people and leaders, any system will work. If you have bad people and leaders, even the best of systems will not work.
