System does matter, dear. If system is able to convict the perpetrators, that are corrupt and not honest to the country, Then you will see a change, a fear of doing corruption and the crimes. Can you answer me, dear, that how can we bring good people and leaders so that our nation may make progress in any kind of system. I know it is not possible until we have a system to choose the good ones in an honest way, not by the force of money.

Has PM of Pakistan power to veto? As in Parliamentary system a President has. Can PM make any decision without having majority in the favor of that decision? Let's analyse the previous Government , which was made through parliamentary system of Democracy. You may know the condition of that government of People party. PPP was ruling party with the coalation of MQM, JUI (F) etc. If Zardari sahab made a decision which seemed to be against MQM, The party (MQM) used to promulgate to sit in opposition, which could have been very dangerous for the Government because without majority PPP was not able to continue. To maintain the Government, Zardari sahab would turn to other parties, which had enough seats in the Assembly to give shoulder the government. But that support of other parties was not free, Government had to admit all what the parties wanted to. That wishes might have been to give free hand to do whatever and however they liked to do. From this all, do not you think that Presidential system would have had been better option. Government would not have had to admit all that he wanted, had presidential system had been there.

low literacy rate is too create many problems but there is great difference between literacy and ability to see deep in any matter some time highly educated person can not solve a problem on the other hand a normal educated person can solve that problem effectively .according to me Pakistan is facing two monsters which which are hurdles in its growth that's are
1-Poor and prolong judicial system
2- our nation is very emotional i explain this point with a Urdu verse
JO SHAY KI HAQEEQAT KO NA PEHCHANAY

Here it goes between male and female.
Male :69%
Female:47%

As far as the discussion is concerned: in addition to already mentioned problems, lets not forget the following issues as well which are also affecting us badly:
Population
Climate Change

Yes absolutely right!

but i am astonished that 41% of people thinks that Corrupt Leaders are root cause. Only 4 votes are counted for the corrupt bureaucracy. According to me, corrupt bureaucracy is root cause which nourishes corruption among leaders.

The main hurdle in Pakistan growth is only one .this is moral corruption that was not inherited but is being transferred from generation to generation...watch out all the all root causes of Pakistan from poverty to terrorism.they all are the children of moral corruption..a shopkeeper is morally corruption he sells things at high price or decreases stuff just to save more more and more .you can find these people .some of them had their eyes centre out. Some cannot speak properly.some are as fat like balloon that may explode one day.some talk looking sideways as you can predict they are thrives robbers from a shopkeeper to a bureaucrat to president of state or of a province.you will see some faces as they are cursed .anyone who will talk to such people will face mysterious annoyance from such people however reverse is true for the good ones.........!!!

So to make the country strong we need to organize ourself we can do so if we will point out our mistakes and learn not to do so in future.it is the right and duty of every Muslim to do what our Allah had ordered us to do.everyone should have to get a work done of its own activity with honesty dignity faith descipline and determination.everyone here sees if someone is looting country we should do the same.dear every body grave would be same but would be buried separately and would be punished according to merit...just think about it once Muslims and pakistanis....people shouldn't be morally corrupt....the place would be a half heaven ....I can bet my boots..but that won't happen because judgement day had to come at time when everybody would in their work and no one would be there to even know about almighty Allah..pray all of you may Allah keep us all among his humbles....THINK ABOUT IT PLEASE

Corrupt Breaucracy is a main hurdle in the way of progress. Its power of breaucracy to make polices and allocate funds, audit and ultimately make budgets. If breaucrate is honest,he easily deal with the Ministers',MNA's and MPA's efficently, but here in Pakistan only few officers are honest. Mostly join Civil Service for the lust of power, mammon worship of wealth and to be rich over night approach make us economic slave of IMF.
