As everybody knows that the epex court had ordered govt. to inforce urdu as official language. It was also stated that competitive exams should be taken in the national language. Today through Dawn we come to know that a contempt petition has been filed in which it is stated that the orders of the court are being ignored. Now it is very likely that FPSC conduct upcoming CSS exam in urdu. But if it doesn't, any one can sue the body as the verdict stated " Any public bodies or public officials continue to violate the constitional command contained in article 251, citizens who suffer a tangible loss directly and foreseeably resulting from such violation shall be entitled to inforce any civil rights which may accrue to them on this account".
Now of a candidate fails CSS he may sue FPSC demanding all papers to be conducted again in urdu language. (shall be entitled to enforce any civil right .....). ☺
