Execution of JI leaders in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has executed JI leader Moti-ur-Rahman Nizami after a trial of 7 years. According to Bangladesh Nizami was sentenced to death for masterminding the killings of intellectuals, murders of 450 civilians and rape in Bausgari and Demra, Killings of 52 people in Dhulauri, killings of 10 people and the rape of three women in Karamja in Pabna.

Pakistan has strongly condemned the execution of JI leaders and termed the trials as flawed, so did International human right agencies. Pakistan is of the view that Bangladesh has violated the Tripartite agreement signed among Bangladesh, India and Pakistan in 1974 that it will not proceed with trials as an act of clemency. Pakistan called it as a murder of justice and foreign office issued a statement that only sin of Moti-ur-Rahman was that he upholded the constituion of Pakistan, whereas Bangladesh is of the view that United Pakistan didn't have any constitution during the war of 1971.

Moti-ur-Rahman supported Pakistan military in 1971 through Al Badr squad and did his best to save United Pakistan from dismemberment. Being a staunch supporter of United Pakistan he was supposed to do so but Bangladesh is now terming Pakistani condemnation as a meddling in their internal affairs. They think its not violation of tripartite agreement and its their inner affair so Pakistan has no right to speak on it.

India is supporting the executions of JI leaders whereas Pakistan is terming it as flawed trials which is far below acceptable international standards. Share your views and discuss what should be the policy of Pakistan in this case?

It is really disappointing that Haseena Wajid has shown no mercy for JI Bangladesh. One thing must be kept in mind that Bangladesh signed the treaty after their independence that they would not trial the people who were involved in 1971 war but now Bangladeshi Government is violating that agreement.
