What is Globalisation?
 

Dear members!

I want to know what exactly the scope of globalisation is. While writing an essay on globalisation, do we need to consider trade and investment as the driving force of globalisation or is it the technological advancements that have made globalisation a more discernible phenomenon?

In my opinion globalisation is a process initiated by trade and investment and accelerated by information technology. Once the effects of globalisation gets entrenched, it ultimately leads to free trade.
