The recent increase in age limit from 28 yrs to 30 yrs is indeed a positive move from govt and an achievement for countless CSS aspirants
But What about those who prior to the official announcement appeared in CE 2016 for the third time due to the previous age restriction. Now there are countless CSS aspirants who are 28 or less with no chance to appear in CSS at all. There shouldn't be any limitation with regard to: a). Age b). Chances to attempt the exam at all.

Not only FPSC but bureaucracy as a whole warrant major reforms.
Responsibility of Civil Services Reforms / Restructuring was entrusted to Dr. Ishrat Hussain (Ex Civil Servant, Ex Governor SBP, Ex Dean & Director IBA) but our bureaucracy didn't welcome those reforms. http://ishrathusain.iba.edu.pk/

In that case political parties must be rooted out So that Courts, police, and army can work freely these MPAs and MNAs dont allow anyone to work and threatn AC,DC from the very first day of assuming charge.SSP Jahanzaib khan kakr was murdered because he refused to release criminals who were the men of feudal items.AC custom Noor muhammad khan when exposed the 10 billion ruppes subsidy corruption was first sacked and then dragged into countless cases. And many more stories like that In structural pattern attempts must be increased. Age limit is ok Detail mark sheet with causes of failures of failed candidates must be mentioned in the DMCs Increase the Seats End Qouta system and conduct separately the exam in each provinces because less talented candidates were given priority over most talented ones from punjab I endorse farrah zafar as they should announce result quickly |

Sad Demise of Jehanzeb Kakar: Jahanzeb was not murdered, unfortunately he committed suicide (reasons well known to his family and close circle). Better not to discuss. Quota system: End all the disparities from the nation then abolish quota system altogether. Bring the masses on equal footing / level playing field, provide them uniform education, health and employment opportunities then try them in open merit pool. It would be gross injustice if you ask a resident of a remote village of Balochistan, KPK, FATA (whom you did not provide required infrastructure, quality education, standard syllabus, competent teachers and health facilities) to compete with a resident of Lahore / Karachi (whom you provide quality infrastructure, education of international standard, with highly qualified faculty and all the incentives of competitive environment). Treating both the candidates with same yardstick is a discrimination. Bring them on same footing then take away relaxations. This is the responsibility of state to ensure uniformity.

http://tribune.com.pk/story/1105705/...suicide-claim/ I dont know if things are still reverse of it or not.but jahanzaib kakar isnot one.SSP NiKokara is another case http://tribune.com.pk/story/862824/c...ara-dismissed/ 2nd regarding qouta system .i think to take things on equal levels the best way is to integrate population of punjab with other provinces.either by changing the map or by Settling people through housing socities where land acqusistion is easy in Balochistan and KPK.so that population of each province should be on equal level.and resources too |
