Default Solution of Kashmir conflict

Solution of Kashmir conflict – the main reason and issue between Pakistan, India, and China (Kashmiris do not matter for all of them):

Regardless the ego & ignorance, facts & figures, history & past; move on for out of the box and innovative solution to insure peaceful future of the world.

Let’s merge Pakistan administered Kashmir (Azad Kashmir & Gilgit Baltistan), Indian administered Kashmir and China administrated Kashmir to single secular, liberal, social, republic, autonomous, green, and peaceful zone.

Some incentives, perks and limitations can be:

• No military (not Pakistani, Indian, Chinese, or own)
• Visa-less entry to Pakistan, India, and China for all Kashmiris
• No heavy industry which cause pollution and damage ozone layer (import all these things from Pakistan, India, China and world)
• Water, power, and strategic routes are major stakes behind the Kashmir conflict (allow all parties to use routes on royalty basis), water and power can be distributed also among all parties on royalties on the condition that which will not cause climate change and environmental damage (we cannot stop rivers and we should not stop peaceful routes (we need to access ocean also in return))
• Education, health, agriculture, tourism, and royalties will be main sources of Kashmir economics
• No (no means no) parament citizenships for all foreigners including Pakistanis, Indians, and Chinese (Yes, easy visa for all tourists and experts (doctors, engineers, scholars, and scientists) worldwide)
• Own currency, own identity, and own passports
• Save climate, environment and wildfire from global warming will be priority
• Education cities (schools, colleges, and varsities), health cities (clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers), research & development parks, and science & technology parks will welcome world to heaven on earth
• Respect everyone, love humanity, free justice, ensure equality will be vital aspects of Kashmir Meritocracy System
• Neutrality will be the core value behind Kashmir foreign policy

Welcome to green, peaceful, republic of Kashmir (heaven on earth)

Any suggestions, feedback, criticism with arguments, without blames of traitors, religious fatwas and abusing will be welcomed. Please contribute your solutions (sub solutions and extensions) also.

Let’s play own role to save and secure humanity and earth. At least, you can speak up!

Allah Almighty Bless the Federation of Pakistan

Default Criticism and suggestions will be welcommed

Eventually, everyone desire to live in heaven. But, it's a mere wish, which collides the bitter reality of this unjust world, even kashmir (heaven on earth) cannot fulfill it's desire.
Because, it's a part of land unfortunetly, which led by rules of unjust, prejudiced, discriminatory, dictators (hidden behind democratic drapes). These are the irrational advices in the rule of global politics, diplomatic relations. State actors make policies on the terms of their own benefit and own convenience.
(It's our common people's wish; we want a free , peacefull Kashmir becuase we believe in huminity, and in human rights, but State actors believes in profits , profitable and rational decisions to achieve hegemony in order to refrain continous threats to survival and territorial integrity and merely raising slogans against human rights violations as Modi on Balouchistan and Mian Sahab for IoK ) India, China and even our beloved Pakistan's governance cannot cede the land to kashmiri's but to China (According to Pakistan's official version Pakistan ceded over 2thousand square miles of territory to China under the China Pakistan boundary agreement on 2nd March 1963 )
it's a mutual benefit relationship (because my enemy's enemy is my friend) now Pakistan and China enjoys a great relation, business deals and profitable projects under CPEC. India is envious of Pakistan as it is tough compatriot of India, and India desire it's hegemony in the region. India will never cede land to the Kashmiri's. Moreover, Pakistan and China will never allow Indian accession to entire Kashmir. Suppose, if PM Nawaz orders withdrawal of Pakistani troops from Kashmir, what gaurantees that Modi will do the same?? (For the sake of humanity and Kashmiri's as you said Kashmiri's do not matter for all of them) the international system is Anarchic, and for states its difficult to trust other states in order to ensure their survival or to achieve territorial hegemony they will fight (especially India) till the last drop of Kashmiri's. (That's sad but state actors act on the principle's of global politics and not emotionally) Pakistan, supports Kashmiri referendum because Pakistani leaders are confident that most of the Kashmiri's wants to accede Pakistan and that's why Indian goverment is against of referendum and peaceful talks over this issue because somewhere Indian government is aware of Kashmiri's desire to accede Pakistan. Indian attrocities in IoK is deplorable and apparent but international community cannot mediate or condemn because of it's ally (India).

Default

This is too straightforward solution, it's looking quite simple but in fact no body is ready to come up with these terms.
1. What about the decades long trust deficit between pakistan and india?
2. No power is ready to offer, even, good offices between the two neighbours.
3. Water is, no doubt, existential problem for pakistan giving this rein in the hands of a third party is nothing short of compromising on the existence of Pakistan.
4. In this bipolar world, no state can live isolated. If Kashmir claimed to be the first then it would become a bone of contention between big ideological rivals which may result in rather distressing situation.
5. Kashmir, though beautiful, but could not provide by itself the necessities of every walk of life, so it must incline toward one of its neighbours and thus creating tense future
