Karl Marx says religion is the opium of people. How is the relevance to this prevailing world. Less it should have lost its relevance now or it enjoys profound roots than before.

it is pertinent to the developing countries. Dont do anything. Religion will save us. the savior will come to save us.

I think in the minds of the westerners as well there is room for a savior to come. THe christians believe in such a saviour, so do the muslims, and so i think the jews. It is opium because it is only leading to inactivity o ntheir part.

In my opinion religion is life

In my point of view religion is the necessity of Peace. To keep world peaceful and every one live in limits. For example the Islam , first Pact of Holy Prophet (PBUH) was with the Jews of the Madina to maintain the peace of the society.
