Default Scrutiny of students to counter radicalistaion

What steps do you suggest are necessary to counter the presence of extremist elements and ideas in these institutions in the view of latest proposal to start sharing student records with intelligence agencies?

I think following steps should be follow
1. Student Union should be in every college and University because it is best platform for student to participate, share and perform various activities. Student Union increases tolerance among student to understand ideology of others and promote democratic culture in students. It will also provide better leaders in future.
2. change mode of teaching to student , various teachers teaches only the specific subject like chemistry teacher teache only chemistry. They don't teach about moral behavior.
3. Democratic environment should be given where student can argument about each topic and each subjects. Often teacher and administration behave like authoritarian, this behavior leads student to anarchic behavior and thought that this is due to system and he consider a system bad and he became antagonist of system and then last way to get thier things through force.
4. Social sciences subject must be teach to every student from Arabic to zoology department because science student don't know about society and society problem their solution In classes.
Deterioration of our society is also due to lack of social scientist and increase of technological scientist. In Western country, doctor of pharmacy learn about community medicine Andy sociology while in Pakistan only science subject is taught.
These are my observation during my studies

Student should be away from security agencies because this step will create agitation in student and increase desire to know the ideology of banned outfit because it's human nature that if ban is imposed on anything every one want to break it.
