Plsssssss tell that resource that it's completely unfair for the local students. Even if they need international studies to help bureaucracy become better, they should've first given that standard of education to the local students. Otherwise it'll be completely unfair and heartbreaking for those who really really want to serve their own country; those who didn't go abroad for the studies and worked hard in their own country to make it better. Come on when will we appreciate our people, our companies, our students, our degrees instead of others'? And if we idolise others for better education and the system, we should first provide that education to our people.. Otherwise that's completely unfair for the local students.

Should the new government (barely 6 months) be worried about being nice to poorly educated locals or try to get the best human resource to advance its policies. Honest question.

They should be worried about the promises they made about providing jobs to locals not foreigners.

I totally agree with you, it is unfair.
.
I don't know about other fields but I know about engineers (who intent for css) that it is easy for them to grab a scholarship for higher studies abroad and find a way to settle there and if they aim for middle east their bachelor degree is enough to get a 5000 riyal/ dirham job. But they prefer to live and serve here. Situation will be pretty similar for other fields too. And now preference will be given to those who preferred to live abroad than in Pakistan.
.
I sincerely hope this information is not true.

They should provide good education to locals first and then give jobs to locals but they're thinking only about foreigners who, if had love for Pakistan, wouldn't have left it in the first place. They went abroad just for their own desires. And now even a fraction of amount of honest bureaucrats will be in bureaucracy if these kind of policies are implemented. These are not good for Pakistan in the long run.

Given the naive and inexperienced nature of PM Khan's cabinet,it is imminent that they might make radical changes in the civil services.PM khan is acting like he has been elected for term of his life.Even if reforms affect the candidates from backward areas, what is the guarantee that no one in future would sweep those reforms.
the argument for specialization in civil services is for quite some time in the air.it would be preposterous to say that how would specialization affect civil services.I hope that reforms will not affect those candidates who are working hard for 6 or 7 years for central superior services

I voted for Imran Khan in not only 2018 elections but also in 2013 elections. But now he's proving that he's incompetent to run a country in a mindful way.
