Default Dual Nationality? Help

AOA,
I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to ask if we can have dual nationality in order to be a css officer. I mean yes I know that you couldnt have dual nationality before but some sources have said that it has changed and that you can keep two. So can anyone tell me is it true that you cant have two or you can now? Really need this information cause it all depends on this.

You are required to declare your dual nationality once you have been shortlisted for a CSP postition i.e passed your written exams, cleared your interview stages and been assigned a position on the merit list.

As it stands, and to the best of my knowledge, you are required to denounce your dual nationality to join the civil services. Things may change in the future just as laws have changed for dual nationals contesting elections but for now there has been no change for bureaucrats.

I too am a dual national and am prepared to denounce my dual nationality shall I be successful in securing a position. Its all personal preference but for me this was a sacrifice I am comfortable taking to serve my nation.

Hope that resolves your query.
