we saw that the street crime is doing growth in pakistan dailly hundred mobiles fones were snatching from peoples,but govt cannot take action about this matter.
car lifting ratio is 25 carz snatching regurely
cell fone ratio is 55 mobile fones snatching regurerly

so what is the solution of this issue?

mobile snatching is not the matter of concern in pakistan only but it is the evil spread across the world.many mobile companies have given the security doors to trace the mobiles which includes mobile trackers,IMEI number etc.yet for this purpose efficient management is the need of hour...
shopkeepers buy cells fones from snatchers without demanding reciept,warranty card,accessories etc.
let me tell my story from where u can guess how efficient is our system
some one snatched my Nokia N72 at gunpoint at 9:12 in the morning yesterday.after that i went police station for regitration a case against culprit,but found the incharge absent,waited waited and waited.
tried to contct the administration of system launched by pta for mobile tracking but faced failure.spending my whole day and wandering in streets i found nothing but dirt on my face....such is the efficiency of our system...so dear crime is not a big deal,we will have to make a little move towards efficiency and the thing is done
same is the case of cars.we people cant do anything without having a good system of management
we have different departments,like police and other,we have infrastructure but they are still waiting to be utilized....so the matter here is utilizing our resources which can be made possible with the coordination of our tight-lipped govt..thanks

i m fully agreed with u but we know that govt or police cannot take action for this movement1,because police is involve with crimnalz.
i heared from some one whose told me,a gulistan e jouher karachi sharah-e-faisal s,h,o has gave permit to snatcher do snatch mobil or car from peoples of area i m with you,and crimnalz gave him 1,00000 per month and all officer share this money equally.now tell me who is going to back a people when going to the road,he is watching both sides of road may be snatcher came,this is harasment doing growth in our country.

Yeh you are absolutely right. The matter that could be acrimonious is involvement of law and order imposer in the crime. The several measures should be taken in order to curb such remedies from society.
1. Promote the literacy (although illeteracy give birth to all problems of societies)
2. There should be severe punishments for these sort of crimes.
3. The POLICE system should be remanaged.
4. Employment oppertunities should be created.
5. There should be organized way of inforcing POLICE lobby in areas.

many times it has been noticed not only police helped the criminals but in many cases policemen are involved......

yes this is a serious thing.but the unfortunate thing is that mismanagement is the order of the day.not only in police but every dept has it.one should be content with their mobile taken away,where in our country people disappear what about that.

the only solution is dont take your cell phone with when you go out and use public transport.

criminals are doing these works with aashinwad of police .the solution for this is taht to fracture that hand of police with which these having aasinwad
