Job experience
 

--asking on behalf of a friend--
My friend want to apply for a job of 17 grade in FPSC. He has an experience of 22 months where as in FPSC's job the required experience is 2 years. Now please tell me if he clears the exam send documents for further scrutiny then whether FPSC will cross check his experience from particular organization??? I mean what FPSC do to verify the experience of a candidate.

PS: The organization he is working for is autonomous and really big name in Pakistan, they are agree to give him a 2 years experience letter. But he is confused please guide
