What if there is issues in show cause inwhich a civil servant terminate
 

Hi!

One of my friends is terminated from a civil servant job (Police Department). He got a showcause of misconduct, in showcause a lot of misleading things such as An order given him by SHO in real but in show cause by ASI to send any complainant to him before any heinous crime. Also the in showcause the crime was snatching but when FIR registered with dafa is 380 PPC.

I want to ask that Is any possibility he can re-intake his job by RPO or IG.
