Thanks for reminding me about NOC. It was the final nail in the coffin. I didn't join because NOCs are not issued easily, and in case you need an NOC and it is not issued, then it becomes a problem.

Have you confirmed about NOC from that particular organization? Because in my scenrio AD called me that why i am not coming for interview? then i asked him about NOC and he said if you want to avail other opportunities later then don't join it because later NOC won't be given within contract duration.
