“Contrary to popular opinion, leadership is not a reserved position for a particular group of people who were elected or appointed, ordained or enthroned. Leadership is self-made, self-retained, self-inculcated and then exposed through a faithful, sincere and exemplary life.”
It has been a more horrible dream and reality that the Social Welfare Department Government of Balochistan has appointed 300 plus in various positions. Amazingly in such appointments, the ratio of Nepotism was up to the mark. More incredibly all the employees who have been posted are the kith and kin. The employees appointed behind the door are incapable to an extent one cannot imagine.
Interestingly, a candidate who had had (2) Post-Graduate Degrees with Diploma in Clinical Psychology, Ex Justice of the Peace/Executive Magistrate, Child Protection Officer UNICEF and consultant was dropped from the pool of recruitment process.
The Minister Social Welfare Department Balochistan, the Secretary Social Welfare Department Balochistan, and their pats made appointments at their own volition.
I swear Pakistan cannot be free from Corruption/Nepotism etc.
