You can write with any pen you want. There is no such constraint.

You can use any kind of blue or black pen.

All pens allow in CSS exam, you can use anyone pen. No any restriction

But you have to follow the tradition of using blue pen else it leave a bad impression.

As far a i know u can use any pen you want, but of course as tradition says, you need to use blue pen, as all of us

Use blue or black, buy 0.5 Ace roller ball pen from M&G company.

In the CSS exam, we appreciate versatility! You can use any pen you like, as long as it doesn't write a political manifesto or try to run for office itself. After all, it's Pakistan, not Pen-istan!
