Who is the best CSS English essay and Precis teacher?
 

I have just failed my CSS essay paper badly in CE-22. Although my teacher, a known CSS officer in Lahore, always marked me above 50 marks and believed I would qualify for the essay, I scored only 3 on the paper. On the other hand, I practised nearly 80 plus essays and got them evaluated by all my CSP teachers, and every one of them appreciated me. But now, after such a pathetic result, I am very disappointed. If I had qualified for the essay and precis papers, I would have been allocated to a top cadre. So, kindly help me find a good English teacher for my essay and precis paper preparation.
