hello....
I object to this point....graduatation does not give one a license to run a state....what is needed is a political acumen and wisdom. How many leaders which were involved in Pakistan Movement were graduates???On the other hand the previous Assembly which was a graduate could not even do whatever it was entitled to do under the pressure from a dictator....This is just another propoganda which is inititated by agencies to malign the public representatives.
you should all keep one thing in mind that introduction of a compulsory B.A degree was not a step which was driven with a passion of purging the political system from ignorant politicians but a continuation of various steps which the military dictators take to get rid of old politicians who know how a parliamentary government works and who hinder the various plans made by dictators.
Ayub khan introduced EBDO which banned the old politicans from taking part in politics so the introduction of compulsory BA degree from Mr. Musharraf was just another step in this direction.

we have no need to worry as if the politicians are allowed to fuction freely they would eventually deliver.

its totally shocking that our assemblies will fill up with our illetrate politicians...
its time for us to think that how can a state run with this kind of politicians...

the previous govt, the so-called graduate govt, gave us all that is mentioned above by saadat and last leaf...the operations in tribal areas, balochistan, lal masjid saga, energy crises, aata crises, inflation, and you name it, any social evil and mismanagement on the part of the govt, you will see it in our dear homeland....

ohh ho, sochne ki baat hai..BA MNAs/MPAs ne yae karname kiye, socho Maters hote to kya karte?

and tell you what, NOT ALL OF THEM WERE GRADUATES...reports are there that stated that many ministers had Fake BA Degrees...

so in our country, if the obligations is MA or MPhil or whatever to take part in politics, these so-called saviours of the country will come up with as Fake degress as possible on the face of this earth (and impossible too, bhai yeh Pakistan hai, yahan sab kuch chalta hai)

The Solution: Its upto our younger ganeration to come forward and become the True Leaders...
and to stop voting for these so-called messiahs to come to power again...only then there is a hope...for a better future

Peace

Very true. It doesn`t make difference whether Politicians are erudite or illitrate, especially in Pakistan. The way of attaining the degree is quite pathetic. Graduation is not a token of being steadfast and wise. Our imported savant leaders did nothing but showing illusive statistics of economy astutely. The stipulation of degree was imposed merely to impede the politicians. Else, Our previous ruling party couldn`t acquire major seats.

Allah Nagheban,

hi bro,
i object, yes graduation is required to run a state, how a person can understand woes and worries of the governed and can come out with a better solution unless hedoes,t has a sense of proportional judgement, and that demends for an literate mind,,do,t you think that recent revolution in our politics is some how a result of this condition

Asslamualaikum,
My dear brothers, a man can't recognize or identify Allah without education, not to talk of Islamic education, many of our Graduated MNA's not know how to take oath?If a man is not Graduated how would he take oath? how would he understand the problems of masses? How would he comment on the Issues regarding the livelihood of masses?
Plz plz plz, try to ponder on this point, that if " A BILL WHO IS AGAINST SHARIAH OR ISLAM, LIKE THE WOMEN'S PROTECTION BILL HE WOULD HE REJECT IT EVEN HOW WOULD HE UNDERSTAND IT".
So it is necessary that the condition must be that every one should have Master's and Islamic education as well.
regards,,,,
